Terms and Conditions - Early Booking

These Terms and Conditions govern exclusively the purchase of Early Booking vouchers for the At Santa's House event. An Early Booking voucher is a distinct product from a regular ticket: it is bought in advance at a reduced price, it is not personalised, and it is later exchanged for a booking with a set date and time. By ticking the acceptance box at purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
1. ISSUER details
Early Booking vouchers are issued by SC BIANCO GRUP SRL (the ISSUER), headquartered at Murani no. 160, Timiș county, postal code 307328, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J35/1417/2006, VAT code 18630874. Contact: contact@murani.ro, phone +40 723 396 596.
2. What an Early Booking voucher is
The Early Booking voucher is a single-use instrument, paid in full in advance, entitling its holder to book a set number of places at the At Santa's House event, within a predefined time range, on a date chosen later by the holder from the event period. The voucher is NOT a ticket. It does not grant entry and is not presented at the gate. It must first be exchanged for a booking with a date and time, and that booking produces the actual QR tickets presented at the entrance. The price paid for the voucher covers the full value of the booked places. Nothing further is due for entry tickets at redemption.
3. Campaigns, prices and time ranges
Vouchers are sold in phases (campaigns) with periods and prices published on the sale page. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the firm price of your order and remains unchanged regardless of later tariff changes. There are two time ranges with different prices: the Day range and the Evening range. The exact hours making up each range are shown on the sale page and recorded on the voucher and in the confirmation email. The ISSUER limits the total number of vouchers issued in each campaign and may separately limit the number per time range. The number of remaining places is shown on the sale page for guidance. The ISSUER reserves the right to suspend or end a campaign early, without affecting vouchers already issued.
4. Issuance of the voucher
The voucher is issued automatically, as a unique code, once payment is confirmed. The code is displayed on the confirmation page immediately after payment and sent by email to the address provided at purchase. One voucher covers the number of people paid for at purchase and a single time range. Separate vouchers must be purchased for different time ranges or for groups wishing to attend on different days. If the email does not arrive, check your Spam or Promotions folder. The code can be recovered at any time by request at contact@murani.ro, sent from the email address used at purchase.
5. The voucher is not personalised and may be given as a gift
Unlike a regular ticket to Domeniile Murani events, the Early Booking voucher is NOT personalised. It may be used by any person holding the code, with no prior notice to the ISSUER and no transfer formality. It may be given as a gift as it is. At redemption, the booking is made in the name, email address and phone number of the person completing the booking form, which may differ from the original purchaser's details. The code has economic value. The holder is solely responsible for keeping it safe. The ISSUER cannot verify whether the person using the code obtained it legitimately and is not liable for use of the code by third parties who came into possession of it, by any means. Once redeemed, a code cannot be used again. Commercial resale of vouchers above the price paid is prohibited. The ISSUER may deactivate vouchers identified as being commercially resold, refunding the originally paid amount to the purchaser.
6. Redeeming the voucher
Redemption is done online at murani.ro, starting on the date announced on the sale page and in the voucher email. Early Booking voucher holders may book ahead of the general public. Procedure: choose the day and hour within the event period, enter the code, fill in the details of the attending person and confirm. The booking covers all places on the voucher, on the same date and at the same hour. The voucher cannot be used partially and cannot be split across different days or hours. Booking is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY at the moment you choose the day and hour. The ISSUER guarantees the right to book during the event period but does NOT guarantee the availability of a specific day or hour. We recommend booking as soon as the redemption window opens. Once the booking is confirmed, QR tickets are sent by email. A confirmed booking cannot be changed by re-entering the code; any changes must be requested at contact@murani.ro and are handled subject to availability.
7. The time range is fixed
The voucher is valid exclusively within the time range for which it was purchased, because the two ranges are priced differently. A Day voucher cannot be used for an Evening performance and vice versa. Changing the range is not accepted, not even against payment of the price difference. Check the range before completing your purchase; it is shown on the sale page, on the confirmation page and in the voucher email.
8. Validity and expiry
The voucher is valid for bookings made within the announced redemption period and for attendance during the event period stated on the voucher, that is, up to the last day of the current year's event. A voucher not exchanged for a booking by the end of the redemption period ceases to be valid. Amounts paid for expired vouchers are not refunded, not carried over to the following edition and not converted into other services, except in the situations set out in sections 10 and 11. This clause does not apply where the impossibility of redeeming is caused by the ISSUER.
9. Payment
Prices are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. Payment is made exclusively online by card, through the Stripe processor. The ISSUER does not store card data. The order is confirmed when the processor confirms payment. If payment is not completed within the time allocated to the payment session, the order is cancelled automatically, the places held against the campaign cap are released and no amount is retained. The fiscal document is issued in the purchaser's name and sent on request at contact@murani.ro.
10. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of purchasing the voucher, without giving a reason, PROVIDED the voucher has not yet been redeemed. To exercise this right, send a request to contact@murani.ro from the email address used at purchase, stating the voucher code. Refunds are made in full, through the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the request. The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the voucher has been exchanged for a booking with a fixed date and time. From that moment the regime for leisure services with a specific date applies, which is exempt from the right of withdrawal under art. 16 letter l) of OUG no. 34/2014, and the booking follows the cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions for events.
11. Event cancellation and force majeure
If the event is cancelled by the ISSUER or cannot take place due to force majeure, holders of unredeemed vouchers and those with confirmed bookings for the affected days may choose between rescheduling, converting the amount into a value voucher for other Domeniile Murani services, or a full refund of the amount paid. The chosen option is communicated at contact@murani.ro. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 days from communication of the decision. The ISSUER is not liable for related expenses incurred by participants, such as transport or accommodation.
12. Lost or used code
The code can be recovered by request at contact@murani.ro, sent from the email address used at purchase. If a code shows as already redeemed and you believe you did not use it, contact us immediately. We will check the booking associated with the code. Given the transferable nature of the voucher, the ISSUER cannot cancel a confirmed booking on the basis of a mere claim and will act only where a technical error attributable to the ISSUER is established. The ISSUER may deactivate a voucher in case of proven fraud, charged-back payment or commercial resale, notifying the purchaser at the email address used at purchase.
13. Rules applicable to the visit
Once the voucher has been exchanged for a booking, actual attendance at the event is governed by the Terms and Conditions for events, available on the website, which cover access, conduct on the premises, liability, image rights and the weather policy. In case of any inconsistency between the two documents, this document prevails as regards the Early Booking voucher.
14. Processing of personal data
SC BIANCO GRUP SRL processes the data provided at purchase (name, email, phone) for the purpose of issuing the voucher, communicating the code and managing the contractual relationship, on the basis of performance of the contract. At redemption, the data of the person making the booking is processed on the same basis. Your email address may be used to notify you when the redemption window opens, a communication directly related to the product purchased. You may unsubscribe at any time from any email received. Full details of your rights and of retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.
15. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts at the ISSUER's registered office. You have the right to contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
