Terms and Conditions - Events

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and participation in events organised at Domeniile Murani, including La Casa lui Moș Crăciun. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. Separate terms apply to accommodation, restaurant or private events at Sala Terezia.

1. ORGANISER details

Events are organised by SC BIANCO GRUP SRL (the ORGANISER), headquartered at Murani no. 160, Timiș county, postal code 307328, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J35/1417/2006, VAT code 18630874. Contact: contact@murani.ro, phone +40 723 396 596.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all public events organised at Domeniile Murani and purchased through the Site or other channels made available by the ORGANISER: La Casa lui Moș Crăciun, seasonal themed events, concerts, workshops, ticketed events. Specific details for each event (schedule, duration, recommended age, what the ticket includes) are displayed on the event page.

3. Ticket / Booking

The ticket is nominal: it is issued in the name of the Client making the booking and includes the participant details entered at booking. The ticket is sent by email together with a QR code. The QR code is required for entry and must be presented (on phone or printed). A QR code is valid for a single entry, on the booked date and time. Transfer of the ticket to another person is allowed with prior written notice at contact@murani.ro at least 48 hours before the event.

4. Price and payment

Prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON), include VAT and are those shown on the event page at the time of booking. Payment is made online by card, securely processed by Stripe; the ORGANISER does not store card data. The booking becomes firm upon payment confirmation. If payment fails, the booking is not guaranteed and the slot may be allocated to another Client.

5. Ticket cancellation and refunds

Tickets purchased for events are NOT refundable after payment confirmation, except in the situations provided in art. 7 (weather policy) and art. 12 (force majeure) or if the event is cancelled by the ORGANISER. Exceptional cancellation requests (serious illness, family death, proven medical situations) may be sent to contact@murani.ro and will be reviewed case by case; any refund is at the ORGANISER discretion. As tickets are purchased for an event with a fixed date and time, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014 does not apply (art. 16 letter l - leisure services for a specific date).

6. Rescheduling and programme changes

The Client may request rescheduling of the ticket to another date/time, subject to availability and at least 72 hours before the event, by sending a written request to contact@murani.ro. Rescheduling is free for a single move; further reschedulings may be charged 20 RON/ticket. The ORGANISER reserves the right to make minor changes to the event programme (exact times, order of activities, guest artists replaced with equivalents) without entitling the Client to a refund. Major changes (cancellation of an essential promoted element) entitle the Client to choose between rescheduling or refund.

7. Weather policy for outdoor events

Events take place partly or fully outdoors. Light rain, wind, cold or snow are not grounds for cancellation or refund - participants are invited to dress accordingly. The ORGANISER may postpone or cancel the event only in case of orange/red weather alerts issued by ANM (Romanian Meteorological Administration), torrential rain, thunderstorms with lightning or other conditions endangering participant safety. In this case, the Client receives notification by email/SMS and may choose between rescheduling or a full refund within 14 working days.

8. Access and entry rules

Access to the event is exclusively based on the QR code, on the booked date and time, within the access window shown on the ticket. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the booked time. Delays of more than 30 minutes may result in loss of the slot without refund. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For events with a minimum age restriction (e.g. Halloween events), this is clearly displayed on the event page. The ORGANISER may refuse entry to persons under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances, or those displaying aggressive behaviour.

9. Conduct rules

During the event, participants undertake to: respect the instructions of organisers and safety staff; not consume alcoholic drinks brought from outside the estate (consumption is permitted only from drinks purchased on site, where applicable); not smoke except in designated areas; not damage the event's property or decorations; not use pyrotechnic devices or lasers. Pets are accepted only on a short leash, muzzled (where applicable) and under owner supervision; for certain events, pets may be restricted for safety reasons and this will be announced on the event page.

10. Liability and safety

Participation in the event is at the participant's own risk. The ORGANISER ensures appropriate safety conditions for included activities, but is not liable for: incidents caused by the participant's failure to follow safety instructions; personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged; damages caused by other participants. Parents/guardians are responsible for the minors they accompany. For physical activities (tubing, zipline, horse riding, etc.) included in the event, specific safety rules displayed on site apply.

11. Image rights

During events, the ORGANISER may take photographs and video recordings for promotional materials (website, social media, press). By participating, the Client accepts the possibility of appearing in these materials in wide shots. The Client has the right to request in writing (contact@murani.ro) deletion of materials where they appear identifiable in the foreground, under Art. 17 GDPR. For minors, written parental/guardian consent is required for individual use of the image (interviews, photos centred on the minor). Participants are free to take their own photos for personal use; commercial use of event imagery is prohibited without written consent.

12. Force majeure

The ORGANISER is not liable for failure to perform obligations in case of force majeure: unforeseeable and insurmountable events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions (public gathering bans, state of emergency), war, terrorist attacks, prolonged utility outages. In such situations, the ORGANISER offers the Client the option of rescheduling or a full refund within 30 working days from the end of the force majeure event.

13. Personal data protection

Client and participant data (name, age, email, phone) are processed solely for organising the event, issuing the ticket, communicating relevant information and fiscal obligations. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Retention period: 5 years (fiscal obligation). Full details in the Privacy Policy on the Site. Your GDPR rights can be exercised by writing to contact@murani.ro.

14. Intellectual property

The concept of the events, decorations, audio-video materials, official photographs and any other creative content belong to SC BIANCO GRUP SRL or its partners. Commercial reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited. The names "Domeniile Murani" and "La Casa lui Moș Crăciun" are protected trademarks.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints must be sent to contact@murani.ro within a maximum of 30 days from the event date and will be resolved within 30 working days. If amicable resolution fails, the Client may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Disputes not resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts in Romania.

16. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law: Civil Code, Consumer Code, Romanian Government Ordinance 21/1992, Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014, Law 193/2000 (unfair terms), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Any invalid clauses do not affect the validity of the other provisions.
