Domeniile Murani and La Casa lui Moș Crăciun respect your data privacy and comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law 506/2004. This document explains which data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The data controller is SC BIANCO GRUP SRL (referred to as ORGANIZER), headquartered at Murani no. 160, Timis County, postal code 307328, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J35/1417/2006, VAT ID 18630874. For any request regarding your data, contact us at contact@murani.ro.

2. Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly (name, email, phone for bookings or contact forms), technical data about your visit (anonymized IP, pages viewed if you consented to analytics), and payment data (processed securely by Stripe, we do not store card data).

3. Legal basis

We process data based on your consent (analytics cookies, newsletter), contract performance (bookings, payments), legal obligations (invoicing, accounting), and legitimate interest (site security).

4. How long we keep data

Booking data: 5 years (tax obligations). Analytics data: 13 months. Cookie consent: 12 months. Newsletter contact data: until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure ('right to be forgotten'), restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time. Exercise these rights by writing to contact@murani.ro.

6. Recipients and processors

Your data may be shared with: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Google (maps, analytics - only with consent), Vercel (site hosting). All partners are GDPR-compliant.

7. International transfers

Some providers (Google, Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Complaints
